Garbage Trucks Standard

We produce in our Izmir factory, in accordance with TSEK quality norms, depending on vehicle chassis capacity refuse wagons with capacities; 6+1, 7+1, 11+1.5, 13+1.5, 15+1.5, 18+1.5, 20+1.5 m3.

The refuse box is hydraulic pressed and produced to be rear loaded, suitable for loading 150 - 400 - 800 liters containers with 35 seconds press time, 35 - 40 seconds discharge period and 1/3 - 1/6 press ratio.

Our tanker productions have TSEK quality document. Dependin on vehicle chassis, equipment can be made up to 25.000 litres. The tanks are made of ST 37 and chromium nickel rust proof plates.

Yapmış olduğumuz Vidanjör ekipmanları TSEK kalite belgelidir. Vidanjörlerin tank hacmi araç şasi kapasitesine bağlı olarak, 3000 - 15.000 litre arasında değişmektedir. Vakum sistemi; özel tip hava soğutmalı eksantrik çalışır, kayıcı çelik bıçaklı pompa vasıtası ile sağlanmaktadır. Vakum pompası hareketini P.T.O.'dan almaktadır. Sistem statik şartlara bağlı olarak, 6 metre derinlikten, 18 metre uzaklıktan emiş yapabilmektedir.

Fire Sprinkler Trucks

Fire trucks are produced in our Эzmir factory by a team of expert professionals using the most recent quality techniques required by by technology. All our products have the quality certificates of TSEK are under the service quarantee of our company for long years.

Depending on the capacity of the truck chassis they are mounted, the fire trucks are being produced with a water tank capacity of 1000 - 15000 litres , with a 9 meter prtable ladder or 12 - 18 - 24 - 26 metres hidraulic ladder.

info : Hydrolic Ladder

Hydraulic ladder reaching 26 meters, hydraulic balancing system and balancing feet are provided to the vehicles. 
All the hydraulic system is produced of important material as the basis in the hydraulic ladders and balancing system. There is a basket with a carrying capacity of 200 Kg load at the end of the hydraulic ladder and water is transported up the ladder. The basket is balanced electronically.

The bodies of the trucks are produced with the highest quality of implementation and design in three pieces of a modular system. The water tanks of the fire trucks are produced with ST 37 steel plate or chromium nickel rust proof plate with a volume depending on the capacity of the vehicle. Styrofoam tanks with a volume nearly 10% of the water tanks are standard implementation.

As an option, fire trucks can be designed and build both as fire trucks and emergency aid and rescue trucks. All kinds of rescue equipment (cutting and separating scissors, aid beds, jump beds, fresh air cylinders and masks, generators, motor pumps, crushing or drilling guns, clothes to approach fire and helmets, absorbtion and pressure hoses, etc) are provided to the trucks upon option.
